About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient IT Manager to lead the digital operations of our restaurant group. This role requires deep expertise in network infrastructure, biometric systems, and Omega restaurant management software. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance of all IT systems, enhance operational efficiency, and support on-ground teams across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT operations across all restaurant branches, including hardware, software, and networking infrastructure
Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and wireless access points
Ensure full functionality and integration of biometric attendance and access control systems
Oversee daily operations and troubleshooting of Omega POS and back-office software
Implement and manage data backup systems, cybersecurity protocols, and recovery processes
Act as the first line of support for all IT-related incidents and service requests
Liaise with vendors and service providers for hardware and software procurement and maintenance
Train staff on IT systems usage, ensuring compliance with digital standards and workflows
Monitor system performance and proactively recommend enhancements or upgrades
Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, licenses, and configurations
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
At least 4 years of IT management or supervisory experience, ideally in the hospitality or restaurant sector
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, firewalls, VPNs, and remote access solutions
Proven experience configuring and managing biometric systems and access control devices
In-depth familiarity with Omega POS software or similar restaurant management systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environments, basic server management, and cloud platforms
Excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach
Ability to work under pressure and provide hands-on support in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality IT support
Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
Experience training non-technical users and mentoring junior IT staff
